Sabrina received her certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Johnson County Community College. She has over 10 years of experience working in Integrative Medicine and health care. Her passion is assisting the Naturopathic Doctors in teaching healthy diet, nutrition and lifestyle. Sabrina struggled with weight loss issues and other health concerns. She incorporated diet and lifestyle changes customized for her by Dr. Diane Diehn. She lost over 75 pounds in 12 months. She found relief from her migraines, adrenal fatigue, hormone imbalance, and food allergy related symptoms.
In 2012, Sabrina completed her training as a Certified Thermographic Technician with leaders in the medical thermography field, Dr. John Tolmosoff and “The Father of Thermography,” Dr. George Chapman. In 2017, Sabrina completed further training with Dr. Robert Kane who is known as the “Voice of Thermography” and serves on the board of the American Board of Clinical Thermographers (ABCT) and the International Academy of Clinical Thermology (IACT.)
Sabrina enjoys teaching patients and providers about the benefits of thermography, its intended use and correct methods of imaging and interpretation. She is very passionate about thermography because of how it has positively impacted her own health. Even though her mammogram and ultrasound were normal, her thermogram detected a severe hormone imbalance that was affecting her breast tissue and increasing her risk of breast disease. Sabrina implemented the recommended lifestyle changes and treatments recommended by Dr. Diehn to address the cause and reversed her health risk.
In her personal time, Sabrina loves enjoying the outdoors, especially at her home in the country. She enjoys cooking, horseback riding, fishing and spending time at the lake. Sabrina loves animals and also enjoys learning how to keep them healthy with nutrition and supplements. She has 3 fur kids that she adores, a rescued German shepherd named Reggie, a blue heeler named Kira and a tuxedo cat named Oreo.
